		<description>Yes you can cut it down to the length you need.And as mentioned you ll need to get it bound on the end w/  matching  material .  take it to the local carpet store and they ll have access to a rug binder.  You can pick a color out right there or have them do it for you. It ll cost 2/3$ a l/f  to have it bound.  Surging ( a different  technique)  will cost a bit more.  GL</description>
